Data Deletion Instructions

Users of The Social Atelier's social media scheduling platform can request deletion of their account data and connected social media data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Disconnect the relevant social media account from your account within The Social Atelier Scheduler, where available.
2. Alternatively, email hi@thesocialatelier.nl with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

After receiving a valid deletion request, we will remove the personal data and stored social media connection data associated with your account, except where retention is required by law.

We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
