From underpriced to unmistakably premium

Our client found themselves stuck in a familiar cycle: attracting the wrong clients, negotiating prices, and constantly having to justify their value. While the quality of their work spoke for itself, their brand did not.

It resulted in a business that felt busy, but not aligned, and far from the premium level they were ready to charge.

They came to us with one clear desire: to step out of the spiral and reposition themselves as a refined, high-end brand that attracts clients who value expertise, craftsmanship, and experience, not discounts.

We built a complete visual identity from the ground up: monogram, typography system, colour palette, packaging direction, brand guidelines and social templates.

Every decision, from the hand-drawn E M monogram framed like a couture crest, to the powdery pastel palette and tactile packaging, was made with one goal in mind: making Maison E feel like a luxury label, not a bakery.

The brand now attracts the clientele it was always meant for, and supports the pricing power the craft deserves.
